What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. We store optional phone numbers solely to return your call if email fails.

We also store your cookie-banner choice locally in your browser (see the cookie notice). No analytics or advertising identifiers are collected on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare a consulting proposal, and maintain records of business correspondence. Processing is based on your initiation of contact and our legitimate interest in operating a professional services business, balanced against your rights.

Form handling

Inquiries are sent via POST to the same-domain endpoint /api/inquiry. The handler is used only to route your message to our mailbox so we can reply; it is not used for profiling or marketing automation.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute resolution.

Recipients

Data is not sold. Subprocessors involved in email delivery process data only under instruction.

Your PDPA rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact info@novacore-hub.digital.

Security

We use TLS for data in transit. Access to inquiry mailboxes is limited to staff who handle consulting requests.
